F A Qs
What is your pricing and what does it include?
Our price starts at $1000 for one camera, full ceremony minimum of 1 hour and increase depending on the length of coverage and number of cameras that couples would want to include. $500 for additional camera, $500 for each additional hour. Please contact us for promo offers we have now.
How does live streaming work?
We set up the camera(s) for the ceremony or reception hall and switch between them live during the wedding day to capture the action from the best angle. We use our LAV microphone which we put on speaker or with the groom that connects to our camera. For reception, we plug to the DJ or house audio to give viewers a high quality listening experience. Live streams will include whatever background music is playing during the wedding. At times, it is necessary for us to replace songs after the wedding due to copyright issues.
How and when will I get my video?
A live stream is available for viewing same day and will be on your streaming page. A digital download will be also be provided. If you want to have hard copy (USB), it will be an additional cost of $250.
Can we get the rest of the footage in addition to the live stream video?
YES! As part of the base package, we give the raw footage we have captured throughout the day.
How does payment work?
We require full payment 30 days before the wedding. We accept different types of payment including cash, check, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.
What happens if we need more hours than originally booked?
If you would like us to stay for additional hours onsite, we charge an hourly rate and request payment on the day.
What if the venue doesn't have Wi-Fi?
We bring our own hot spot to make sure that we have a reliable connection. In cases where no carrier provides data, we will record the wedding and quickly upload after the wedding.
If I live stream, can anyone see my video?
Not at all. We will provide you with your own streaming page link to share to your family and friends.
